Cynthia (Cindy) Aufrance
Pastoral Care Specialist
Cindy has been in “people” ministry in Hong Kong for over 40 years through teaching, pastoring and prayer ministry. Her training includes a BA in Psychology, an MA in Cross-Cultural studies, and completion of Elijah House Schools of Prayer Ministry. Her passion is to walk with people as they grow into the identity and destiny God placed within them. As a prayer minister her focus is pastoral in nature, guiding people to deal with root issues in their lives that lead to patterns of broken relationship, personal bondages, and other “bad fruit” in their lives. The ultimate goal is not only to heal and transform individuals but to reconcile with others and with God.
Cindy grew up in an Amish-Mennonite community. Experiencing the pain of a broken family gave her a deep desire to help others move through difficult experiences to healing and restoration. She maintains “perspective” on life through long-distance running and hiking, reading, and investing quality time with friends. And she delights in keeping her heart young by “doing life” with her grandchildren.
