Ryan is an experienced local social worker and counselor who has worked in both the social service sector and private practice setting, providing family counseling, family crisis support, suicide crisis intervention and student counseling. Ryan now conducts marriage and family therapy for individuals, couples, and families, from adolescents to late adults.
In addition, Ryan also supervises placement practice of counseling and social work students from higher diploma to master degree in several local tertiary institutions, currently through Telehealth.
Ryan very much enjoys watching movies and reading novels in his free time. He loves to go into different stories – to feel and anticipate the life and struggles of the characters. It enriches his understanding and sensitivity towards every single person he meets and encounters in the real world.
